আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনি প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো অপব্যবহার করবেন না বা এমন কোনো কাজ করবেন না যা অন্য ব্যবহারকারী বা সিস্টেমের ক্ষতি করতে পারে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য গোপন রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যা কিছু ঘটবে, তার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।
সব পেমেন্ট অগ্রিম দিতে হবে। একবার পেমেন্ট করা হলে তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
ECODS-এর সব কনটেন্ট, লোগো এবং কোড মেধাস্বত্ব দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত এবং ECODS-এর মালিকানাধীন।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা চিরতরে বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি যদি আপনি শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন।
আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে ECODS তার জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। আপনি যদি পরিবর্তনের পরেও সেবা ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত।
